Carefor in Ottawa seeks a Supervisor, Personal Support Services (PSS) to lead daily delivery of client-centered care through PSWs. You will develop and update care plans, collaborate with Ontario Health at Home coordinators, and participate in case conferences to ensure high-quality services.

You will mentor staff, support onboarding, and contribute to ongoing staff development. This is a 12-month term position based in Ottawa with responsibilities across the PSS program, including performance
