The Senior Analyst, Real Estate serves as a technical expert for Investment Management and external asset and property managers. You will address complex accounting issues, oversee financial data, and guide two Analysts. The work covers wide-ranging reporting standards and foreign exchange considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record acquisitions, dispositions, and ownership changes in Yardi
- Review and approve manual month-end entries
- Reconcile external manager data with HOOPP policies
- Prepare general ledger entries and working papers
- Guide, mentor, and review two Analysts

Requirements:

- University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Qualified accountant designation, preferably CPA
- Five to ten years’ real estate operations experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Yardi software is an asset
