We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Toronto team as Full-Time Bubble Tea Baristas / Service Crew Members.

Whether you have previous experience in food service or are looking to develop new skills, we welcome individuals who enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and creating positive experiences for every customer.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Service Crew, you will play an important role in delivering the FIFTYLAN experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create Great Customer Experiences: Welcome customers, answer questions, recommend beverages, and provide friendly and attentive service.
- Craft Quality Beverages: Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to FIFTYLAN's recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations, especially during busy periods.
- Maintain Store Standards: Keep workstations, equipment, and customer areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle Orders Accurately: Operate the POS system, process payments, and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ingredient preparation, inventory organization, and other store responsibilities.
- Adapt and Grow: Learn different operational roles and support other FIFTYLAN locations when required.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work at different FIFTYLAN locations based on operational needs.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is an asset, but not required.

Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Scheduling & Availability

We are currently seeking candidates interested in long-term, full-time employment.

Priority consideration will be given to candidates who can provide:

- Consistent and flexible availability throughout the week, with strong weekday availability preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including opening and closing shifts.
- Availability to work on weekends as required by operational and scheduling needs.
- Willingness to work at both Downtown Toronto and North York locations based on business needs.

Training & Working Hours





All new employees will receive structured, paid training at our Downtown Toronto or North York location.

During the initial training period, weekly working hours may vary depending on training progress, scheduling availability, and operational needs. A fixed number of weekly hours is not guaranteed during training.

Following successful completion of training, employees will be scheduled according to operational requirements, with the intention of transitioning into a regular full-time schedule.
