This Product Owner supports Individual Insurance Canada and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions within Manulife’s Digital Delivery and Go-To-Market team. You will manage backlogs, prioritize features, and guide capabilities from discovery through delivery. The work includes digital transactions, existing properties, stakeholder collaboration, and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product backlogs and prioritize features
- Define customer and business needs clearly
- Drive strategy, planning, and capability delivery
- Launch transactions and enhance digital properties
- Monitor outcomes, adoption, and experience

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Financial services or insurance industry experience
- In-depth Scrum and Agile methodology knowledge
- Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and analytic tools
- Digital project delivery and stakeholder communication experience
