WE’RE HIRING: STOCK ASSOCIATE

SVP SPORTS | Newmarket, Ontario

Join the SVP SPORTS team! We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Stock Associate to join our eCommerce warehouse team in Newmarket, Ontario.

OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the eCommerce Warehouse Managers, the Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring that incoming products are received accurately, accounted for in the correct quantities, and maintained in good condition. This role is essential to supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring inventory accuracy.

OPERATING HOURS

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Please note that these are the warehouse operating hours. Shifts may be scheduled within these timeframes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Verify that the correct types and quantities of products are received.
- Count and inspect incoming stock for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Keep the facility clean, neat, organized, and safe.
- Assist with stock replenishment and other warehouse duties as required.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.




- Knowledge of sports teams and sports merchandise is an asset.
