- Review upcoming event logistics with managers in weekly meetings
- Assist with game card set up for reservations
- Effectively and proactively communicate with all departments and management regarding reservation needs (staffing, last-minute contract changes, special requests, etc.) within a reasonable time frame
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- CRM / booking-history tracking: maintain a running log (client, event type, spend, date, satisfaction notes) so past corporate clients and wedding parties are flagged for proactive follow-up ahead of anniversaries, year-end planning cycles, or renewal windows — rather than relying on inbound re-contact.
- Post-event touchpoint: standardize a debrief/thank-you contact within 1–2 weeks of every event paired with a satisfaction check that doubles as a soft re-booking prompt for next year's event or referral ask.
- Corporate loyalty incentive: create a tiered perk for repeat corporate clients (e.g., a room-rental credit or menu upgrade on their 2nd+ booking in a rolling 12-month period)
- Preferred-date holds for past clients: give repeat clients first right of refusal on peak dates before opening those dates to new inquiries
- Referral pathway: formalize a referral ask at the post-event touchpoint stage, since past wedding/corporate clients are a natural source of warm net-recent leads that still count toward growth targets without full-funnel prospecting cost.
