We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Health Care Aides (HCAs) to join our growing healthcare team.

Applicants MUST have knowledge and experience supporting individuals facing mental health conditions, behavioural challenges and complex care needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Health Care Aide certification or relevant healthcare experience.
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and mental health support.
- Expereince working with individuals expereincing mental illness, behavioural challenges, or emotional distress.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and trauma informed care.
- Abilioty to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Must be dependable, qualified, and compassionate.





Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and emotional support to clients.
- Support individuals with mental health and behavioural challenges.
- Promote client safety, dignity, and independence.
- Apply trauma-informed care and de escalation techniques.
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients physical and mental well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans.
