Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our Asian Market Division. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Asian Market & Mainstream Market, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Asian grocery retail segment across AB.

This is not a maintenance role — we are looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering sales results with professionalism and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and key business objectives.
- Actively promote and launch new products to drive category growth and market penetration.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand our product portfolio within client accounts.
- Professionally handle customer concerns to maintain best-in-class service levels.
- Support inventory health by proactively clearing short-dated items and minimizing product losses.




- Conduct regular competitive analysis and report market insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to sell, not just service accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Solid understanding of Asian grocery retail and consumer trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (mileage reimbursement provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in food sales, merchandising, or account management within the Asian grocery sector.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a strong asset.
