Blacksmith Agency, a remote agency serving US clients, is seeking a COO who will run the company day to day from a leadership seat. The role requires deep sales leadership, experience leading agency teams, and a proven ability to drive revenue, margins and client negotiations while aligning recruiting, delivery and marketing.

You will own four department leads, establish weekly rhythm and quarterly priorities, and be accountable for profit.
