THE COCKTAIL BARTENDER

The bar is your stage. Hospitality is your craft.

You bring confidence without ego, energy without chaos, and precision without compromise. Your cocktails are consistent, your wine knowledge is strong, your workspace is immaculate, and your personality brings the bar to life.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven cocktail bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale-casual environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine varietals, regions, styles and service standards.
- The confidence to recommend, upsell and guide guests toward selections they’ll love.
- A natural ability to engage guests, build relationships and create memorable experiences.
- Impeccable cleanliness, organization and attention to detail.




- The ability to multitask, anticipate needs and support the entire service team.
- A team-first attitude, personal accountability and pride in every pour.

THE SERVER

You’re not just taking orders. You’re setting the tone.

You know that outstanding service is about far more than getting the order right. It’s about anticipation, timing, intuition, product knowledge and making every guest feel recognized, valued and cared for.

You’re polished but personable, confident but never pretentious, and attentive without being intrusive. You know how to read a table, build trust, make thoughtful recommendations and turn product knowledge into an exceptional dining experience.

You take ownership of your section, support your teammates without being asked, and understand that the success of the entire restaurant matters more than any one table.

What you’ll bring:

- Proven experience as a top-tier server in a fast-paced, high-volume or upscale-casual restaurant.
- Solid wine knowledge, including varietals, regions, styles, pairings and proper service.
- Confidence discussing the menu, cocktails, spirits and wine with guests.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, relationship-building and personalized service.
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to make recommendations naturally and authentically.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and composure under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset, dependable work ethic and willingness to step in wherever the team needs you.
