Our client, an established manufacturing company in South Etobicoke specializing in industrial adhesive products, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join their team.

This is a hands-on position that combines approximately 50% counterbalance forklift operation and 50% general warehouse labour. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift while also assisting with physical warehouse tasks and supporting daily operations.

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Counterbalance forklift to move and transport materials safely throughout the facility.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, products and shipments.
- Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties.




- Support daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift.
- Valid forklift licence is an asset.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or general labour experience.
- Comfortable performing physical work in addition to forklift duties.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Must have steel-toed safety shoes.
