Lead complex public service projects in Halifax using project planning and multidisciplinary leadership. This onsite role supports Innovation Team initiatives across Nova Scotia.

As Project Manager with Opportunities and Social Development, you will guide initiatives from definition through implementation and evaluation. Projects may involve business process improvement, service design, policy development, operational improvements, or digital solutions. You will connect policy, operations, data, technology, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex initiatives through planning, implementation, transition, and evaluation
- Build integrated plans, accountabilities, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, contracts, and scope
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, design,



technology, and programs
- Define outcomes, metrics, communications, and sustainable operational transitions

Requirements:

- University degree and five years of related experience, or equivalency
- Experience leading complex projects through implementation
- Leadership experience in multidisciplinary or matrix environments
- Solid communication, analytical, judgment, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of accessible and inclusive service delivery
