Tandoori Flame Brampton is looking for motivated and dependable Servers, Bartenders, and Chefs to join our team. We are looking for hospitality professionals who enjoy working with people, take pride in their work, and can deliver great food and service in a busy restaurant workplace.

If you are energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Job Description

Servers

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
- Take accurate beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Assist guests with menu questions, recommendations, and special requests
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and other servers during busy periods
- Ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience

Bartenders

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar
- Take beverage orders and process payments accurately
- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and applicable regulations
- Assist with bar setup, closing duties, cleaning, and restocking
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly

Chefs / Kitchen Staff





- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant quality standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
- Properly store and handle food according to health and safety requirements
- Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service
- Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely orders

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Ability to follow food safety, workplace safety, and restaurant procedures
- Bartenders & Servers must meet applicable legal age and alcohol-service requirements (Smart Serve Required)
