Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy their meals in a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions when necessary.




- Process payments accurately while adhering to company policies.

Skills

- Robust basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation requirements.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to helping guests and ensuring their needs are met.
