Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle cash transactions accurately will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information on promotions or sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area and throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.




- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote additional products or services through effective communication and sales techniques.

Experience
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided as needed.
