Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Sales Counter Associate to join our front-of-house team. This role is the face of our bakery café, providing guests with a warm welcome, expert product knowledge, and seamless service. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pastries, breads, cakes, and beverages.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant presentation at the counter.
- Assist with packaging pastries, preparing to-go orders, and ensuring product quality.
- Support daily restocking and merchandising of display cases.
- Uphold café standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, café,




- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for artisan food, coffee, and pastries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining grace under pressure.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively and provide excellent service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
