Inspire Barbershop is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team every Saturday. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll help create a welcoming experience and keep our busy day running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and assist with check-ins.
- Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Process payments accurately.
- Help keep the reception area and shop clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Reliable availability every Saturday for a 9-hour shift.
- Friendly, professional attitude and solid communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with appointment booking software is an asset.
- Ability to commute reliably to our Unionville location.
