Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, shipping, receiving, and material distribution.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise employees, assign tasks, and monitor work performance.
- Train staff on company procedures, safety requirements, and proper material handling.
- Coordinate inventory management and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee safe loading, unloading, and storage of windows, doors, glass, and other materials.




- Arrange equipment maintenance and repair work when required.
- Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and workflow problems.
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to productivity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or a related field.
- Perfect written and spoken English.
- Robust organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inventory management, delivery coordination, and reporting.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of workplace safety and material handling procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling windows, doors, glass, or construction materials.
- Familiarity with delivery scheduling and warehouse inventory systems.

Pay: $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
