Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager will oversee shipping, receiving, cycle counts, kit builds, QMS processes, and health and safety. Build a capable, accountable team and apply disciplined planning, strategic thinking, and innovative problem solving to deliver accurate, quality orders on time. Align resources with demand, anticipate risks, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

- Lead receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, balancing safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost.
- Enforce safety requirements through training, hazard identification, inspections, incident reporting and investigation, and timely corrective actions.
- Translate demand forecasts and business priorities into daily and longer-term labour, equipment, space, and capacity plans.
- Deliver on time by aligning order priorities, inventory, kit schedules, and carrier cut-offs; address delays without compromising safety or quality.
- Partner with customer service, sales, and purchasing to resolve constraints and communicate risks to customer commitments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through location and transaction controls, planned cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and verified corrective actions.
- Build an accountable team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, cross-training, and clear expectations; encourage ideas and address staffing matters consistently with company policies.
- Schedule kit builds, confirming components, instructions, quantities, quality checks, and inventory transactions before release.
- Track on-time delivery, order and receiving accuracy, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, kit completion, productivity, and safety; use trends to drive improvement.
- Remove bottlenecks and recurring problems through root-cause analysis and innovative process, layout,



and technology improvements aligned with service and cost objectives.
- Own distribution QMS procedures, records, nonconforming-product controls, audit readiness, and effective corrective actions; maintain a clean, organized, tour-ready facility.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Business Operations.

Experience

- Proven distribution or warehouse leadership experience, with strong coaching, team development, communication, and change-management skills.
- Proficiency in WMS, operational reporting, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory and cycle-count controls, and kit builds; experience with QMS, audits, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and health and safety practices.
- Innovative problem solving, root-cause analysis, sound judgement, and data-driven decision making.
- Strategic planning, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail; ability to anticipate capacity constraints and operational risks.
- Customer focus and cross-functional collaboration; adaptability while protecting on-time delivery, quality, and safety.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as operational needs require.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
