Intern Position Available for Brand & Web Design Studio. Candidates must be very organized, and have experience with social media management, engagement, brand awareness, and experience in design, i.e., Adobe programs and Canva. They must have experience creating targeted ads and Pinterest ads. It is a necessity that they have strong time management skills, be familiar meeting various deadlines and creating appropriate timelines. They must work well under pressure, be very detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. The qualified candidate will have administrative experience, and exceptional knowledge of all Google programs, such as Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Forms, etc. They must be comfortable and confident working remotely and using Zoom and as such must be driven, have initiative and be a self-starter. It is required that they have experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Notion, or other softwares. The candidate must have their own laptop and access to a strong and reliable internet connection. They must also have experience working with Squarespace.



A background in Graphic Design is considered a solid asset but is not strictly required. Background in social media is considered an asset as well. All candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate of either. Upon completion of the Internship a Letter of Experience and Reference will be presented. From this internship, the candidate will gain experience working in a fast-paced industry with additional exposure to diverse industries via client work. This will be a supporting role to the CEO and the rest of our team, and so provides a one-on-one mentorship opportunity with the CEO of a fast-growing branding and design company. There will also be many networking opportunities with CEOs and owners in varying industries through client work and possible events. 10-15 hours per week for a 3-month period.
