You'll call landlords, show them why Zola is the easiest way to rent out their place, and sign them up. You run your own day, from anywhere in Canada, and get paid for every landlord you sign or book an appointment with. About Zola Zola places tenants for Ontario landlords: condos, houses, basement units, multiplexes and apartment buildings. Our founder started Zola after one bad tenant cost his family an eviction that took almost 15 months and a badly damaged house. So we screen hard, which makes Zola easy to sell:

What you'll do
• Call landlords across Ontario who are renting out condos, houses, basement units and multiplexes
• Explain how Zola works, ask about their property, and handle questions and objections
• Close: get landlords to sign Zola's agreement, or book them a call with our team if they want to talk it through first
• Follow up with interested landlords and log every call in our CRM




• Follow Canada's telemarketing rules on calling hours and do-not-call requests (we'll show you how)

What you'll need
• Phone confidence and positive energy that comes through on a call; a "no" doesn't slow you down
• Self-starter: you set your own schedule and stick to it without anyone chasing you
• Clear, confident English. A second language is a bonus: Ontario landlords speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil, Farsi, Russian and many more
• Sales, call centre or customer service experience helps. No real estate licence or experience needed What you get

• Your own hours, from anywhere in Canada, within legal calling hours: weekdays 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., weekends 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Ontario time
• Training on Zola's pitch, objection handling and how tenant placement works
