The Stag’s Head Pub & Grill is a locally owned pub offering great food, drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values professionalism and great customer service.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages (bartenders)
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash, payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Hospitality-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not required
