We’re hiring several seasonal associates to support our peak period.

Paid overtime may be required in November and December during the holiday rush.

What You'll Do:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll help manage the process from start to finish. Reporting to the Fulfillment Trainers, your tasks will include:

- Fulfillling and packing orders accurately across all business lines
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Picking, organizing, and labeling products
- Folding and arranging printing material




- Supporting other team members to meet daily fulfillment goals

Please note: this is a behind-the-scenes role with no direct customer interaction. Tasks may vary daily depending on order volume and team needs.

What You Bring:

- A keen eye for detail and an ability for staying organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency.
- Flexibility to take on varied tasks.

Previous experience in a picker/packer, warehouse, or fulfillment associate role is preferred.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Are available at least 30 hours a week
- Can count accurately and have basic math skills
- Are bilingual (French and English) at an intermediate level, as we serve a bilingual clientele.




- Can perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and can multi-task effectively independently.
- Are Punctual, reliable, and team oriented.
- Are self-disciplined and self-motivated.
- Have experience or knowledge in the security or banking industry (an asset).

Additional Requirements:

- A background verification process is mandatory for all successful candidates.
- While this position is open to part-time and seasonal candidates, priority will be given to full-time applicants.
