Clintar is looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our commercial snow and ice management operations. We need someone dependable who can organize crews, operate equipment and take responsibility for getting sites serviced safely and on time.

This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple properties, supporting operators and subcontractors, and keeping operations running smoothly during changing winter conditions.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate snow clearing and de-icing operations, including crew assignments, routes and equipment deployment.
- Monitor weather and site conditions, and coordinate timely service.
- Supervise employees and subcontractors, communicate priorities and follow up on completed work.
- Inspect parking lots, sidewalks, entrances and other service areas to ensure work meets site requirements.
- Operate snow removal equipment and assist crews when needed.
- Train staff in safe equipment operation, site procedures and service expectations.
- Check equipment readiness and coordinate repairs, maintenance and material supplies.
- Maintain accurate service records, including visit times, work completed, material applications and site concerns.
- Communicate with management and customers, and respond promptly to service issues.
- Help recruit and prepare crews for the season.





What we’re looking for

- At least three years of commercial snow removal experience, including experience leading crews or supervising operations.
- Practical experience operating snowplow trucks, loaders, skid steers or tractors.
- Experience coordinating multiple sites, crews and equipment.
- Robust judgment and the ability to make decisions independently during snow and ice events.
- A dependable, organized leader who communicates clearly and follows through.
- Valid driver’s licence and a satisfactory driving record. AZ or DZ licence is an asset.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos and service documentation.

Winter availability

This position requires availability for weather-dependent shifts, including overnight work, early mornings, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and the ability to report promptly during winter events are essential.
