Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Reach and Order Picker Operator with Fall Arrest! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of productive order fulfillment, utilizing your expertise in warehouse distribution, order picking, and operating specialized equipment. Your focus will be on accurately selecting products from high racks using reach trucks and ensuring safety with fall arrest systems. Location: Airport Rd, Brampton
Pay: $21/hour
Hours: Minimum 20–40 hours per week

Position Requirements

- Must be available for both 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts
- Must have a physical MHE/operator licence
- Fall Protection licence required
- Experience operating Order Picker and Reach Truck
- Must be reliable, punctual, flexible, and committed to the role
- Position is SIN-based only

Evaluation & Training

Candidates will complete an MHE evaluation at 2:00 PM.

If the candidate successfully passes the evaluation, the team may ask them to stay for training from 3:00 PM–11:00 PM the same day.

Candidates must be flexible with the schedule and able to commit to the role long-term based on the operational requirements.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate reach trucks, clamp trucks, and forklifts to pick, place, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Use warehouse management systems to accurately process and document order picking activities




- Select products from high shelving using reach equipment while adhering to fall arrest safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to handle bulky or heavy items efficiently and safely
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and fall arrest systems to ensure ongoing safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following safety standards and warehouse procedures

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and operating reach trucks or similar equipment
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems for inventory control and order processing
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and weight assessments
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, fall arrest systems, and equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and working at heights in high racks
