Responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in meal preparation and food service within the restaurant or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen workplace.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
