Job Description
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee payroll records, and ensuring compliance with Canadian federal and Ontario payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities
• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
• 2+ years of payroll administration experience, preferably in Canada.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and Canadian payroll regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail.
