Scope of Role: i-80 Gold is seeking an experienced freelance Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Consultant to provide project-based services within its growing investor relations program for a period of 6 months with a possibility for extension. The rate of pay will be on a per diem/ hourly basis. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Investor Relations, the Consultant will assist on a project basis in a broad range of areas including the development of compelling investor relations materials, digital media campaigns, engaging website content, and other areas as required. The goal of the investor relations program is to clearly communicate the Company’s strategy and performance to the investment community, ensuring that investors, analysts, retail brokers,



and the media are well informed, strengthening market credibility, expanding the shareholder base, and supporting a fair market valuation. This Consultant should have extensive experience in translating technical, financial, and operational information into accurate and engaging content for investors, analysts, and the media from initial brief through to final delivery.

Location:
Primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings at the Company’s Toronto Corporate Office (Downtown Toronto at York/Adelaide) Scope of work will encompass a wide range of deliverables from the following areas on an as needed basis Investor Communications & Content Development:
· Draft and edit investor presentations, news releases, presentation scripts, fact sheets, conference materials and other corporate communications.
· Translate complex mining, financial and operational information into accessible content for institutional and retail investor audiences.
· Review existing materials and recommend improvements to messaging, structure, visual presentation and consistency.
· Develop creative concepts and content coordinating with external designers and production agencies as needed. Social Media Strategy & Content:
· Prepare a social media strategy to strengthen the Company’s investor communications and digital presence, including recommended platforms, content themes, posting frequency and measures of success.
· Develop an editorial calendar aligned with planned corporate announcements, project milestones, investor events and other company developments.
· Create engaging social media copy and creative briefs for graphics,



short videos and other multimedia content.
· Coordinate content review and approval with the Vice President, Investor Relations, and support scheduling and publication of approved materials.
· Assess engagement and recommend adjustments to improve content effectiveness. Website & Creative Digital Content:
· Review the Company’s website and recommend improvements to content, navigation and the presentation of its investment proposition.
· Write and refresh content for all pages.
· Develop creative storytelling concepts that communicate the Company’s strategy, portfolio of assets, and development milestones through copy and visuals. Investor Event Support:
· Support defined aspects of investor roadshows, quarterly results calls and webcasts, technical updates, investor days, and mine tours. Experience & Qualifications
· At least five years of experience leading investor relations in a senior in-house or consulting role.
· Experience in mining or natural resources is strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to develop investor materials, social media strategies and engaging website content.
· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
· Ability to interpret financial and operational information and adapt messaging for different audiences.
· Understanding of public company disclosure practices and the importance of consistent messaging.
· Ability to manage agreed deadlines and deliver quality work independently.
· Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information and interacting with senior leadership.
· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Excel, social media tools and digital design platforms.
