We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Support Worker to provide 24/7 care and assistance to a 75-year-old gentleman in his own home. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about helping others. Overnight availability is especially preferred.

I am a relaxed, friendly, and easygoing person who appreciates kindness, a positive attitude, and dependable support. I require some assistance with daily living activities, including mobility, meal preparation, and toileting. The goal is to ensure my comfort, safety, and well-being while maintaining a friendly and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily mobility and movement to ensure safety and comfort.
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with food as needed.
- Provide toileting assistance and support with personal care.
- Offer general assistance with daily living activities as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
- Provide friendly companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care instructions while respecting privacy, dignity, and personal preferences.
- Communicate clearly and reliably regarding care needs and scheduling.

Qualifications





- A minimum of one year of caregiving or home support experience is required.
- Previous experience providing personal care or assisting seniors is preferred.
- Must be compassionate, patient, responsible, and dependable.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to provide consistent care and communicate availability clearly.
- Overnight availability is highly preferred, as 24/7 care is required.
- Positive communication skills and a respectful, positive attitude are essential.
