Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.

Duties

- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate project budgets and forecasts.
- Implement and manage project management software tools such as ProCore for tracking progress and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
- Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks or delays.




- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

- Proficiency in construction estimating and management software such as HeavyBid and Civil 3D.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to build effective teams.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution.
