We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a manufacturing facility close to Richmond Hill, ON.

Pay - $70K - $80K

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily converting operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

- Monitor production KPIs, downtime, waste, labour hours, and output; address performance issues.

- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and downtime logs.

- Prepare shift schedules, assign labour and equipment, and manage overtime and shift handovers.

- Supervise, coach, and train operators and Lead Hands to improve performance and teamwork.

- Address attendance, conduct, and performance issues in coordination with HR and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

- Investigate safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.





- Maintain product quality standards and work with Quality teams to resolve defects and customer complaints.

- Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment issues, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

- Communicate production updates, staffing needs, and schedule changes to relevant departments.

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a safe, respectful workplace.

- Use production reports and KPIs to support operational decisions.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 3 5+ years of supervisory or production leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.

- Experience in corrugated packaging and converting operations is a robust asset.

- Knowledge of converting equipment, machine setups, changeovers, quality standards, and production scheduling.
