Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant/Technician

Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours per week

Schedule: Weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays

We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant/Tech to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with prescription processing, data entry and preparation under pharmacist supervision.
- Support pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians with daily pharmacy operations.
- Assist with prescription inventory, ordering, receiving and stock organization.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients.
- Help coordinate prescription pickups, deliveries and other pharmacy services.
- Maintain accurate records and an organized, efficient pharmacy workspace.
- Follow established pharmacy procedures and protect patient confidentiality.




- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate service.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience working as a pharmacy assistant in a community pharmacy.
- Experience with prescription processing and pharmacy workflow.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, professional and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using computers and pharmacy management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Availability for weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Propel Rx pharmacy management software.
- Experience with pharmacy inventory management, ordering and receiving.
