Job Summary

Support safe, accessible outdoor spaces by clearing snow and ice from designated areas and carrying out related landscape and property maintenance. This hands-on role uses equipment, tools, and practical upkeep skills across changing seasonal conditions.

Responsibilities

- Remove snow and ice from walkways, access routes, and other assigned areas using appropriate hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
- Operate an excavator when needed and appropriate, following safe work practices and site procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and report issues that could affect protected or reliable operation.
- Assist with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, and irrigation tasks as conditions and priorities require.




- Your impact: Keep outdoor areas usable and help colleagues and visitors move through the site safely.

Skills

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely support snow removal and routine maintenance duties. Preferred: Excavator experience, construction experience, and skills in irrigation, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance are valuable for supporting broader seasonal site needs.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
