Responsibilities

- Provide professional grooming services including precision cutting, contemporary fading, beard shaping, and styling

- Offer exceptional customer service to all clients to build lasting relationships

- Sanitize workstations and tools to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Promote and sell shop grooming products through retail sales

- Upsell additional grooming services to clients when appropriate

- Assist with basic front desk duties only as needed to support the team

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Barber (Minimum 2-3 years of active shop experience preferred)

- Deep proficiency in modern hair cutting, blending, fading, beard trimming, and styling techniques

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of retail sales practices is a plus
