Senior CNC Machinist / Lead Hand

$35-$40/hr | Day Shift | Full Benefits | Overtime Available

Location: Scarborough, ON

Radison Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Lead Hand to join our growing custom manufacturing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled machinist who can perform complex setups, support operators, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure high-quality production.

What You'll Do

- Perform complete CNC machine setups Vertical and Horizontal machining centers, 3 axis, 4 axis, including tooling, fixturing, offsets, and first-off inspections
- Set up and troubleshoot CNC milling operations
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T; requirements
- Support and train machine operators
- Monitor quality and ensure parts meet specifications
- Work with programmers to improve efficiency and cycle times
- Coordinate workflow and help meet production schedules
- Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work setting

What We're Looking For

- 5-10 years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC setup experience
- Experience with tooling, fixturing, and process optimization
- Experience machining aluminum, in all formats,



sheet, block, extrusion
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and production issues independently
- Solid blueprint reading and inspection skills
- Leadership or Lead Hand experience is an asset
- CNC programming experience is an asset
