Job Description

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Shipping Administrator and Picker/Packer positions in Mississauga. Responsibilities may include shipping documentation, administrative support, order picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, depending on the position.

Job Duties

- Prepare shipping documents, maintain records, and handle emails.
- Communicate with shippers, carriers, and other relevant parties regarding shipments.
- Assist with customs-related inquiries and shipping coordination.
- Pick, pack, sort, and label orders accurately.
- Inspect products for quality and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform general administrative or warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

- Solid communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is an asset.
- Previous shipping, administrative, warehouse,



or picking/packing experience is an asset.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Personal vehicle required for the Picker/Packer position.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday, as required by the position.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties where applicable.

Compensation

- Shipping Administrator: $22/hour
- Picker/Packer: $19.50/hour
