About Epic Views Vacations
Epic Views Vacations is a growing luxury vacation rental management company in Canmore and the Canadian Rockies. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to keep our homes running flawlessly, help set up and renovate the new properties joining our portfolio, and make sure every home meets our standards of care.

Schedule
Generally 11 AM–5 PM, with hours open to discussion.

The Role

Maintenance and Repairs

- Conduct regular property inspections to spot issues and areas for improvement
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and troubleshoot software
- Handle routine work like painting and drywall repair
- Keep hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, appliances, and smart locks in top shape
- Respond in person to issues like locks, electronics, or missing supplies
- Coordinate with contractors on bigger jobs

Minor Construction and Property Launches

- Assist with renovations, painting, installing fixtures, and building closet shelving
- Move and assemble heavy furniture
- Help set up and launch new properties
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards

Supplies and Restocking

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and make minor purchases as needed
- Coordinate restocking with vendors
- Make sure every item meets our luxury standards

The Non-Negotiables
Must live in Canmore with stable housing and a reliable vehicle. No exceptions.

- Legally entitled to work in Canada, with a valid driver’s licence
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on high-quality work
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on call as needed
- Physical ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 50 lbs

Bonus points for: previous experience in property maintenance, construction, trades, or a related field.
