Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Line Cook/Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver consistent, high-quality meals. This hands-on role includes food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. The ideal candidate works well with a team, follows instructions carefully, and stays composed in a fast-paced food service environment. Must be available nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and complete meal preparation tasks according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Cook menu items consistently, following preparation instructions and timing requirements.
- Assist with serving and coordinating food orders during service.
- Follow food handling procedures and food safety practices, including proper storage and sanitation.
- Keep kitchen stations, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Communicate with kitchen and service team members to support smooth,



timely operations.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies, and notify the appropriate team member when items need replenishing.

Qualifications

- Previous food preparation, cooking, or meal preparation experience is preferred.
- Food service experience, restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety practices is preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work in a busy kitchen environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
