We are seeking an experienced, reliable Loader Operator to join our winter snow and ice management team. You will operate wheel loaders to clear commercial and industrial parking lots, access routes, and designated snow piles.

This is a 24/7 on-call position from November to April, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on weather conditions.

Requirements & Responsibilities

- Minimum 2 years of wheel loader or heavy equipment experience in snow removal or construction.
- Safely operate loaders equipped with snow pushers or plows.
- Complete equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Follow site maps, maintain accurate hours and logs, and communicate with supervisors.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence, clean driving record,



and reliable transportation.
- Maintain adaptable availability and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Compensation

- $30–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill.
- Potential guaranteed minimum hours or standby fees for experienced operators.
- Well-maintained commercial equipment.
