We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Part-Time Wellness Department Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in health and wellness products, and takes pride in keeping a department organized, clean, and welcoming.

As a part-time team member, you will provide excellent customer service while helping customers find products that fit their needs. You will also be responsible for stocking, organizing, receiving and putting away orders, maintaining product displays, and keeping the department clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers with finding wellness, supplement, and natural health products
- Learn and maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, and their general uses
- Receive, unpack, organize, and put away incoming orders
- Check product dates and maintain proper product rotation
- Keep the Wellness Department clean, organized, and well-presented
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Work cooperatively with other departments and team members
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Interest in health, wellness, supplements, or natural products
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment

- Ability to lift and move boxes and stock products as required
- Availability and flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, responsible, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done, and is comfortable taking initiative without needing constant supervision.

Experience in a wellness store, health food store, supplement department, pharmacy, nutrition, or customer service environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
