Hitman's Bar is an exciting new concept located inside the Cowboys Casino. We are professional and team-oriented. Our goal is to deliver a fantastic guest experience while paying tribute to the legendary, Bret 'Hitman' Hart.

We are looking for a Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include following recipes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, and have the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities:

- Follow recipes and prepare food according to established standards.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.




- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding.
- Assist in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, and other food items as needed.
- Label and store all prepared ingredients in the appropriate containers.

Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
