EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and EXPERIENCED snow removal crew members to join our team for the upcoming winter season.

Applicants without previous snow removal experience will NOT be considered.

Guaranteed Hours

- November – March: 120 hours guaranteed per month.
- April: 60 hours guaranteed (contracts end April 15).
- Additional hours available depending on snowfall and operational needs.

Responsibilities

- Shoveling snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and entrances.
- Operating snow blowers and other snow removal equipment.
- Applying ice melt and maintaining secure walking surfaces.
- Performing snow and ice removal at residential condominium complexes and commercial properties.
- Working efficiently and safely with the crew.

Requirements

✅ Previous professional snow removal experience is MANDATORY.





✅ Must be available for ALL snowfalls, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

✅ Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to the entire winter season.

✅ Physically capable of working outdoors in harsh winter conditions.

✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team.

✅ Having your own vehicle is a strong advantage.
