As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced QA Test Lead. Role Overview We are seeking a QA Test Lead with experience leading and managing a team of QA engineers in a fast-paced, Agile development environment. The Test Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive test strategy, managing the testing process, and ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with team leadership and mentorship. Our Maritimes office is located in Moncton, New Brunswick. This role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, with occasional in-office days as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and implement a comprehensive test strategy across software products.
• Design and implement test plans and test cases for software products.
• Lead and manage a team of QA and test engineers to ensure testing is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure that software products meet business and technical requirements.




• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify requirements, potential issues, and areas of improvement.
• Document and report defects found during testing and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA and test processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading and managing a team of QA and test analysts.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience defining test strategies in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of Broadridge backend systems is a plus.
• Domain experience in payments and banking, transfers, onboarding, fees and advisory compensation, or clearing and settlements is an asset.
