responsibilities:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in running daily operations.
• Lead shifts, position team members, and keep service running smoothly.
• Train and coach team members and Supervisors, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Maintain food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Monitor labour, stock levels, and waste throughout the shift.
• Follow through on training, cleaning, and operational priorities.
• Address guest concerns and hold the team accountable to expectations. What you bring:
• Restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in quick service.
• Robust communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• The confidence to lead by example and address issues promptly.
• A commitment to developing people and maintaining high standards.
