Warehouse Associate/ General Labour

Our client based in Bolton Ontario, has an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Order picker, Sorters, Labelling to join their busy team. Be part of one of the largest Distribution & Warehousing groups in Canada & the US

2. Days Mon-Fri shifts scheduled between 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-11pm (Flexibility required)

Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Receiving
2. Responsible for accurately applying labels to pallets for all inbound receiving
3. Outbound Picking/ Loading
4. Accurate scanning of all inbound/outbound loads.
5. Puttaway of consignments
6. Picking using RF Scanners
7. Container unloading – Hand unloading
8. Report any issues/ concerns regarding visitors/ drivers or sanitation/ facility maintenance to the Lead Hands and/or Warehouse Supervisor
9. Follow direction of Lead Hand and/or Warehouse Supervisor for daily tasks
10. Other warehouse duties as delegated by Warehouse Leads and Supervisors
11. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
12. Ability to work on a team and follow direction from leads
13. Attention to detail, especially when scanning and receiving
14. Growth mindset – want to learn current things within the Operation
15. Ambition – great quality, we like to promote internally and have progression plans, based on performance, for our employees
16. Positive Attitude





Qualifications—Skills and Competencies:
1. High school Diploma
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, word, excel etc..
3. Detail oriented with the ability to read drawings and data
4. Use of RF scanners and pick systems
