We are a growing Italian Schiacciata sandwich shop in Calgary, passionate about serving high-quality sandwiches made with premium ingredients. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

- Food preparation and daily prep work
- Slicing Italian meats and cheeses using a professional deli slicer
- Preparing sandwiches according to recipes and quality standards
- Preparing salads, desserts, and other menu items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Working efficiently during busy lunch rush periods and under time pressure

Qualifications:

- Previous kitchen, deli, sandwich shop, or food service experience preferred
- Experience operating a commercial meat slicer is an asset




- Knowledge of Italian cured meats and cheeses is highly valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
