What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, plumbing, and home comfort systems
- Educate homeowners on system advantages, performance, safety, and upgrade opportunities
- Provide WOW-level customer experiences — with honesty, clarity, and professionalism
- Use company tablets to document work and communicate with the office team
- Maintain your service vehicle and tools in clean, safe condition
- Collaborate with fellow technicians, comfort advisors, and installers for seamless service

What You Bring

- Journeyperson Gasfitter, Refrigeration Mechanic, Plumber, or Sheet Metal license (multiple tickets a plus!)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new trades and technologies
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and clear criminal record
- Dependable, punctual, and fit for duty
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Non-smoker, tidy,



and committed to efficiency and process consistency

Pay: $45.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Experience:

- Non Smoker: 2 years (required)
