Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and specials
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas,



adhering to sanitation standards and food safety regulations

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and prioritize tasks
- Basic math skills for order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
