- Logistics planning: Ensure all necessary tools, spares, consumables, and project documentation are onboard before departure.

Offshore and Field Operations

- Parameter monitoring: Track hydraulic pressures, flow rates, temperatures, electrical loads, and system alarms during operations.
- Emergency repairs: Perform fault-finding and emergency fixes under challenging marine and environmental conditions.
- Demobilization: Clean, inspect, and preserve equipment post-deployment,

specifically addressing seawater and sediment exposure.
- Chain of command: Work under the direction of the Offshore Manager while maintaining clear technical responsibilities.

Inventory & Reliability

- Experience: Proven track record maintaining and repairing industrial or marine equipment.
- Technical skills: Practical knowledge of AC/DC systems, PLCs, variable-frequency drives, and hydraulic circuits.
