Overview

The Cleaning & Maintenance role helps keep facilities clean, orderly, and ready for daily use. You will carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, follow established procedures, and report issues that need attention. Your work supports a comfortable, well-maintained environment for the people who use the facilities.

Responsibilities

- Clean assigned areas, surfaces, and shared spaces using appropriate methods and supplies.
- Complete routine facilities maintenance tasks and notify the appropriate team of damage, hazards, or repair needs.
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass surfaces.
- Minor repairs such as changing faucets, light fixtures, minor carpentry, and changing door locks. These are examples to work required.

Experience

Required: Practical cleaning skills,



attention to detail, and the ability to complete routine maintenance tasks while following instructions and safe work practices.

Preferred: Experience with commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or related maintenance work is helpful and supports familiarity with shared spaces, equipment, and routine upkeep. Your impact: Clean, functional facilities help colleagues and visitors use shared spaces comfortably and confidently.

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 6.0 per week
